The creation of work of art in Thailand has established itself since the pre-historic era where people expressed their art as colors painted onto vessels and shedding rocks.
Once the capital's prosperity flourished, from Dvaravti to Ratanakosin era, art was altered into Thai traditional customs aiming to serve religious places and palaces.
Continuous inheritance of such an art perpetuated until the influence of western art arrived during the early Ratanakosin era .
